RETURNS

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For voluntary returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. This does not affect the statutory withdrawal rights of customers in Germany and Austria.

To start a return, please contact us at mail@vnystudio.ch with your order number.

We will send you the return instructions and address.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

REFUNDS

For voluntary returns, we will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal in Germany or Austria, the refund rules and deadlines outlined under "Effects of Withdrawal" below apply.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrect items remain unaffected.

If you would like a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – GERMANY & AUSTRIA

Customers in Germany and Austria have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email or post) using the following contact details:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
